You can print the PDF as a "poster". That will resize the pages. But there are some drawbacks. When you have a PDF file with four PowerPoint slides per page, one way to think of it is that the slides are now "smaller" than in the original document, so that four of them will fit on a page. It is the same picture as above. It may not be exactly what you want. In which case, you probably want to use a better font. The problem is that the PowerPoint file has the name of the PowerPoint slide in parentheses after it. And I don't think that's exactly what you want either. Or you could choose a different font.
