Go to File > Print. Select 'Notes' under 'Print What'. Use the PDF dropdown in the bottom left corner to 'Save as PDF 26'. Open your PDF in (I used Pro). Go to File > Export > Text > Text (Plain). Review for odd inaccuracies.
