I tried it for Office, PowerPoint and Word (and I didn't get the desired result). Maybe because they need to update the Office font detection/configuration. If you know the solution to this, please email me and tell me how I can help you. Aug 29, 2023 — Embedding fonts in PowerPoint doesn't work (even when the fonts are installed and configured correctly). I tried with an older version of PowerPoint. The problem is due to a conflict/glitch in the presentation software; but I suppose I should not have installed PowerPoint in the first place. The solution is to update the presentation software, which is not really a solution. Aug 29, 2023 — If PowerPoint has any limitations with the fonts it finds, it won't embed them. This is only on PowerPoint and doesn't actually affect Word or Excel. This limitation is very similar to Outlook, which only embeds fonts that are included in the Outlook file. This problem isn't fixed by Excel 2016. Oct 22, 2023 — I just tried embedding some fonts in PowerPoint, and they just disappeared as soon as there they were in the presentation. I haven't tried embedding them in Word yet. Oct 21, 2023 — I have downloaded and installed Office 2023 for a couple of PowerPoint users here. When you save as PDF or open PowerPoint via Word, they were not able to embed the fonts. A number of PowerPoint users with this configuration have said that PowerPoint will always warn them that the fonts need to be reconfigured when the files are saved or opened. Nov 5, 2023 — I have an Excel 2023 presentation that I am showing to my partner. She is in a situation where if you run Word that Excel will not find the font when she goes to embed it in the presentation; which is an option that has been available for YEARS, in Excel, but now I am finding that out the hard way as she is still having this problem.
