Select any other slide from the slide list from that same presentation. If you want to switch the order of the slides, hold down Control while dragging a slide from the list to the top of the list. Repeat for other slides in the first slide in your sequence and so on. You might not need to switch slides because the slide sequence is going to be one slide after the other. To switch slides in the same slide sequence, drag the slide that you want to change to a new slide from the list. To switch slides before each slide starts up in the slide sequence, hold down Control until the slide starts. To switch slides during the slide sequence, hold down Control until the slide starts. When you have more than one slide in a slide sequence, hold down Control and drag your new slide to the top of the slide sequence. You may have to hold down Control and click and drag to get the slider to line up properly with the slide. If you do not have control on the slide, click the top of the slide, hold down Control for a second, and then drag the slide to the first slide, then hold down Control, and click and drag to drop the new slide into the slide sequence. After you make the first click, press Enter or click on the new slide. Press Enter or click on the second click to show the main menu. If you click one or more of the buttons below, PowerPoint launches an Add New Slide window which includes more options, like Copy Slide, and Show/Hide Slide.
