Working in the Outline view is particularly handy, because you can see the text of your presentation as a whole, rather than just the text and pictures you see in Slide view. The Outline view also makes it easy to rearrange your points, move slides from one position to another and apply formatting changes.
It's the PowerPoint Outline view, found in the View Ribbon in the Presentation Views group. I've circled the View tab and the Outline view command below so you can see it clearly.
The Outline is used to view the outline. The Slides are used to preview the effects and to edit a single slide. The Notes pane is used to type notes. To switch to the normal view, On the View tab, in the Presentation View group, click Normal View \ufffc.
Working in Outline view is particularly handy if you want to make global edits, get an overview of your presentation, change the sequence of bullets or slides, or apply formatting changes. When you're creating your outline, think about how many slides you need. You probably want at least. A main title slide.
Answer. Normal view Normal view is the main editing view, where you write and design your presentations. Normal view has four working areas. Slide Sorter view Slide Sorter view gives you a view of your slides in thumbnail form.
The Outline pane is used to provide an overview of the document structure, to navigate it and to change it as required.
The Outline tab just displays the content of a presentation in Outline form. In Outline view you can work on your text without the distraction of colour, graphics, charts, tables etc. You can also easily determine the structure of the text on each slide by using up to five levels of indentation.
Open the outline view #2 Clicking the icon once will open the outline view (assuming your notes pane is already open) Clicking the icon a second time will close the outline view, returning you to the thumbnail view.
Viewing your document using the Outline view gives a more organized look to your document compared to the Normal or Layout views. The Outline view allows you to see the different heading levels of the document. Each break in the text has a symbol indicating the hierarchy of heading and subtext.
Outline view in PowerPoint displays your presentation as an outline made up of the titles and main text from each slide. Each title appears on the left side of the pane that contains the Outline tab, along with a slide icon and slide number. The main text is indented under the slide title.
