In Microsoft PowerPoint 2023 you can save a presentation as an PowerPoint document using three methods:- a) Select > Save a presentation to PDF. b) Select > Save a presentation from PDF file. c) Select > Save a presentation to an HTML file. 2) Click Save a PowerPoint from a presentation as a PDF. How to Create a PDF, XPS file using PowerPoint 2010 You might have noticed that there is no option to create a PDF from a PowerPoint 2023 presentation, we will show you how to do that in PowerPoint 2023 and then move to Microsoft PowerPoint on 2023 version. What has happened here; We have created a presentation template. Once the template is created, it will remain as a template. You can save the template as PowerPoint format, as shown below. Save as PowerPoint. You can now save a PowerPoint using the Save As type option. Once you save a PowerPoint as PDF file, it will not be presentable as a PowerPoint file.
